Bank details (if you are planning to pay monthly by direct debit)
ID photo of the Unlimited member (for printing on the Unlimited card)

If you're under 16, an adult will need to complete this application process and pay for you.

The cost of your Unlimited Membership depends on the Group your local Cineworld falls into. You can use your Unlimited card in all cinemas that are included in your Group. To find out which cinemas are included click here.

The photo must be a passport style image that shows the new member’s face clearly as shown in the imagery. Photos that are not clear and / or include multiple people will not be accepted in cinema as proof of membership
